CHICKEN SWEET BURN

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Chicken
- 2 spoons Salt kitchen
- 1 Teaspoon Java Acid
- 1/2 kg of brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander
- 4 pieces of Pecan
- 3 magnesium Shallots
- 2 Spoon Cooking Oil
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- Water to taste

How to Make:
- Puree the coriander, nutmeg, onion, garlic together.
- Spices that have been mashed sauteed with a little cooking oil
- Put the beef that has been cut into stir it and enter the water.
- If the meat has been cooked chicken, put brown sugar, salt, tamarind, galangal and bay leaves.
- Then let the chicken until cooked and water up until it dries.
- The water had been dried it means the meat is ready to be burned.
- Grill the chicken on all sides of the chicken was charred spots seem small, it means grilled chicken ready to serve.
